Established in 2012

MB Bowerman founded Inspired.Org after a busy career in business and fitness, MB realized that there was an opening, a much needed niche to help people get things done.

Appreciation flows both ways

Inspired.Org appreciates the challenge of helping clients when they’re unsure where to begin or what to do. The reward of executing solutions while offering peace of mind is inspiring.

Our goal is to leave each client feeling lighter, relieved and content.  This process often includes a few laughs and a hug—the best part!

MB has a vast network of professionals that she’ll lean on as needed.

Innate experience

Growing up, MB’s Mom commanded a Saturday morning clean—a dreaded, torturous exercise for children!

Although it was during this time that MB developed her understanding of the need to declutter, she also has a keen aesthetic eye, artful sensibility, and sophisticated style while maintaining a sense of humor and comfort level that’s easy to be around.

“Mary Beth Bowerman has a very organized and intelligent mind and her organizing abilities are not just intelligent, they are also visually sensitive, something as important to me as the organization itself.  An unusual combination that makes everything not only clear and findable but also beautiful.  Who can resist such a felicitous combination?”  –- Diana Balmori

“... my daydream is that MB would move into my house and make it perfect over a week. It doesn’t work that way, however, I am convinced we will reach near perfect sometime soon...”  — Laura Weir Clarke

“MB has been an invaluable help to our family! She assisted us with three big moves and helped us feel organized and at home within days of moving. No project was too big or too small for her and she always had the needs of our family in mind. She had great, creative solutions for our playroom and great ideas for storage. We feel settled and happy in our home thanks in large part to MB!” — Nina Patterson

“I can't imagine NOT having MB as my trainer. I never thought I even needed a trainer until all of a sudden I was finding too many excuses not to strength train. Wishing about it wasn't going to make it happen. I needed a plan and that plan was MB! I've known her for nearly 20 years so there was no discussion on who I was calling. She personalizes every single workout making them interesting and doable. I expect we will get very old together.”  — Johanne Mangi

MB first came into our lives some years back when I hired her as an organizer. The level of clutter in our apartment had become unbearable, and none of us had the time or inclination to deal with it. Our daughters had grown from toddlers to tweens, with all the associated accumulation of belongings and clothing that was no longer necessary, and as a family, we had moved from London a few years back and had never truly unpacked. Over several sessions, MB donated outgrown clothing and toys and unwanted possessions to worthwhile causes (and provided tax receipts); she recycled outdated technology, making sure all data was wiped first; and she generally worked incredibly hard and made our clutter disappear.

However, we quickly realized that MB was much more than an organizer; she was a problem solver. In addition to her years of experience as an organizer, she is a personal trainer, a paralegal, and notary public; she has a seemingly endless array of endless contacts; and, perhaps most important, she has a good head on her shoulders. Very quickly, our family grew to depend on her, with the chorus being, “Call MB” whenever one of us has a problem that we can’t solve. She has found opticians, handymen, duct cleaners, tilers, repairmen, babysitters, and more. She has identified summer camps for our kids and helped with New York’s nightmare school-selection process. She has tracked down unobtainable tickets, and she has found presents for the unpleasable. She has helped me redesign my daughters’ bedrooms, and she has overseen a number of reupholstery projects. She has assisted with passport renewals and other tricky bureaucratic processes, including helping me obtain an ID for my elderly, disabled mother who lived in a different state. She is, in short, a miracle worker.

Despite all the amazing things MB has done for us, I didn’t fully realize just how special she is until this spring. The summer before, my father had passed away, and my mother had moved into a nursing home. Their house, located in a small town in Oklahoma, had become an intractable problem. My parents had never thrown anything away, and in the past decade or two, they had become too disabled to do much cleaning. Although small, the house was a wreck, and in too bad a shape for me to manage on my own. After a particularly bad incident with some burst pipes, I had reached the end of my rope, and did what I always do when I have an unsolvable problem: I called MB. We set a time to go to Oklahoma together, and then she got to work. She located a realtor, bought supplies, located a local charity to take my parents belongings, and generally figured out what we needed to do. We arrived on a Wednesday night, spent Thursday sorting and disposing of belongings, and Friday cleaning. On Saturday, we showed the house to the realtor, who quickly put it on the market. By Monday, we had an offer, and by the following Friday, the house had sold. Unsolvable problem solved, as always, thanks to MB, who also provided unprecedented amount of emotional support during this incredibly difficult process, making a truly traumatic process almost fun.   — Eileen Makoff

“I have known MB for over 23 years -- first as an energetic, enthusiastic, knowledgeable personal trainer who focused on my health and strength; then as a thoughtful, helpful, efficient organizer who, with her extensive resources, sorted through 40 years of stored and stashed mementoes and created space in my home; and now as a talented, well-connected, creative planner who found solutions for seemingly impossible problems.  She is not only inspiring but also inspired!”  — Carol Frost Ross
